Note: the price & evaluation is my own experience and opinion; the restaurants in the list needn't to be better than others, they are just what I like. This page is under construction. So if you know any other good restaurants (not limited to Chinese restaurants), please let me know.

|Plaza Hotel & Casino Buffet||Buffet||1 S Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101||$8.99 dinner||9||9||It's cheap, so has limited food variety. But it's good enough, and better than some buffets in the price of $10+ in Las Vegas. The famous "Fremont Street Experience" free show is just out of the Plaza Hotel.|
|350 East St. George Blvd. St. George, UT 84770, (435)656-8882||8/person||8.5||10||If you go to Zion National Park, this restaurant should be in your trip plan.|
|Made in Brazil||(Buffet)||2300 Fort Union Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT, 84121||13/person||"It's a brazilian BBQ place where for about $13.00, you get an all you can eat salad bar and all you can eat cuts of roast meat. They present the meat to you on large (3+ feet) skewers which they roast there and slice off pieces onto your plate. they have something like 9-12 different types of meat and BBQ'd pineapple. It's a great place to go after a day of skiing!" (Thanks Felix)|
